We are excited to share that Pangea Advisory, Thnk Advisory and Australian Independent Audit Services are coming together from 1 July 2026.

This is an important and positive step for our firms. We have known each other for many years, have worked alongside each other, and share a similar approach to client service: clear advice, strong technical capability and a focus on long-term outcomes.

The merger is built on shared values. We believe in building trusted relationships, providing practical and commercially focused advice, and helping clients make better decisions with confidence.

For our clients, this means access to a larger team, broader expertise and a more integrated service offering across business advisory, tax, compliance, bookkeeping, management reporting, superannuation and audit-related services.

The merger also strengthens our specialist capability in superannuation and audit. Australian Independent Audit Services will continue to operate as a separate specialist audit business, maintaining its focus on independence, SMSF audits, audit and assurance services.

For our team, it means more opportunities to collaborate, learn, develop and be part of a growing firm with a clear future.

This new location gives us the space to bring our people together and provides a convenient, accessible location for clients.
